All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (including shipping time) after your payment is confirmed.

Standard Delivery : 7 to 10 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) via Colissimo (La Poste), Yun Express or DHL Express.

However, it does happen that packages are delivered faster than expected. If 12 working days have passed and you still have not received your order, we invite you to check the tracking of your package and contact us if necessary.

Each product on our site is specifically labeled with compatible iPhone models. Be sure to check the compatibility on the product page to choose a case that fits your iPhone model.

If you wish to return or exchange a product, please review our return policy. Returns must be made with the product in new condition and in its original packaging.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your delivery in the section: "Track my order"
