Which country is delivery available in?
As of today, we deliver to the following countries: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom.
What are the delivery times?
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (including shipping time) after your payment is confirmed.
Standard Delivery : 7 to 10 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) via Colissimo (La Poste), Yun Express or DHL Express.
However, it does happen that packages are delivered faster than expected. If 12 working days have passed and you still have not received your order, we invite you to check the tracking of your package and contact us if necessary.

How do I return or exchange a product?
If you wish to return or exchange a product, please review our return policy. Returns must be made with the product in new condition and in its original packaging.
